On Friday, December 8, Grace Farms hosts an annual evening of family-friendly fun. Families can come together to enjoy an evening where they can gather around a table, engage in craft-making, sip tea, and assemble care packages for the families supported by Filling in the Blanks.
Filling in the Blanks is an organization that focuses on providing weekend meals to children in need throughout Fairfield and Westchester counties. Their mission is to bridge the gap between school lunch on Fridays and school breakfast on Mondays. Founded by dedicated mothers and community activists, this Norwalk-based organization has successfully delivered over two million weekend meals to children residing in low-income households.
Attendees have the option to choose from two available time slots: one at 3:30 p.m. and the other at 6 p.m. This event offers an opportunity to embrace the holiday spirit while also making a meaningful contribution by providing meals to those in need, all while having an enjoyable time.
Admission tickets for adults are priced at $10, while children aged 17 and under can attend for free.
