Join us for Yoga & Sound Bath on Saturday, Feb 17 for a continuing wellness collaboration between the Carriage Barn and Grounded Meditation. This Gentle Yoga and Sound Bath series will engage both body and mind to help melt away the stresses of the week and start your weekend right!

Experience Yoga & Sound Bath at the Carriage Barn

After a brief opening meditation, we’ll stretch and loosen up with a gentle yoga practice, accompanied by the soft sounds of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, and more. You’ll then sink into an extended Savasana like no other while you become immersed in the magical sounds of the healing instruments, creating vibrational energy to lull you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state.

Open to all levels; no experience needed. Please bring a mat and any other props for comfort (blanket, bolster, pillow, eye covering, etc.)

This can be a powerful tool to relieve stress, and also alleviate physical pain and tension in the body.
