Take some time to simply smell\, listen\, and observe everything that is around you\, engaging all your senses\, noticing your sensations fully and bathing in the experience of the forest? \nShinrin-Yoku offers a very easy way to do all of this\, helping you to relax\, improve your concentration\, and recover that creative spark that has seemed to feel a bit dusty these past weeks. \nEnjoy the benefits of Shinrin-Yoku Forest Therapy during a walk guided by an ANFT certified guide right here at the New Canaan Nature Center. \nDuration: About 2 hours \nMembers and Non-Members: $45/person \n**As a courtesy to the guide\, please register at least 24hrs prior to each walk.
