SUMMARY:New Canaan Nature Center’s Syrup Saturday
DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, March 13th\, bring the whole family and join us for our annual syrup season celebration – you won’t want to miss our famously delicious Pancakes & PJs party\, complete with TONS of fun syrup-related activities! We’ll be serving up flapjacks\, syrup\, and an array of tasty toppings\, OUTDOORS ONLY this year. The day will also include tree tapping demos\, a real maple sap “boil down\,” sweet maple-inspired crafts\, campfire with marshmallows\, and a real v. fake syrup taste test. \nAnd in fine syruping tradition we’ll also have bottles of NCNC Maple Syrup for sale. \nProper social distancing will be strongly encouraged. Face coverings are required for all guests over the age of 2\, except when eating. \nRegister today for one of three time slots:\n8:30 A.M.\, 9:45 A.M.\, or 11:00 A.M. \nPre-registration by Thursday\, March 11th at 12pm is required!
