Yoga for Arthritis (YFA) was developed at a leading research university by an interdisciplinary team of rheumatologists\, psychologists\, public health researchers and yoga therapists. Research on this program has demonstrated increased mobility\, reduced pain\, better mood\, and enhanced quality of life for people living with arthritis.\nJody Kesten\, E-RYT 500\, Authorized Teacher of Meditation\, has passionately taught yoga for over 20 years.
