DESCRIPTION:Bring the whole family and join us for our annual syrup season celebration – you won’t want to miss our famously delicious Pancakes & PJ’s party\, complete with TONS of fun syrup-related activities!\nWe’ll be serving up flapjacks and an array of tasty toppings (butter\, chocolate chips\, and of course\, REAL maple syrup!). The day will also include tree tapping demonstrations\, a real maple sap “boil down\,” sweet maple-inspired crafts\, campfire with marshmallows\, and a real v. fake syrup taste test.\nAll are welcome and encouraged to dress in their PJs!\nWhile dining for this event’s Pancakes & PJs party will be available both indoors and outdoors (depending on personal preference)\, all other activities take place outdoors!\nOnline registration opens February 12th!

DESCRIPTION:At 10:00am\, on Saturday\, March 23rd look up over the skies of New Canaan’s Waveny Park. There\, one of HeliNY’s helicopters will safely release 2000 colored golf balls over a designated target. Each golf ball will have an assigned number. The lucky person whose ball lands closest to the target will win one of a dozen amazing prizes…together worth more than $52\,000! This year’s prizes include a 2024 Chevy Colorado and a $2\,000 gift certificate to Walter Stewart’s Market.\nThe winning balls will be announced immediately. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the NCSF for need-based scholarships given to NCHS graduates.\nSpectators will be allowed to view the NC Color Drop from a safe distance in Waveny Park. Golf balls are available for purchase at nchs-sf.org.
