Team Up With Wellness: The Benefits of Mindful Breathing &; How to Put it into Action

FreeJoin us for a 10-minute discussion lead by Performance Optimal Health and Sama Yoga with user friendly content on the science, physiology and importance of breathing to ALL things. Following that will be a 30-minute experiential and interactive seminar on breathing techniques lead by the Sama Yoga team. Finally, we will close out with a 20-minute Q&A, meet and greet, and complimentary screening on breathing, mobility or anything of interest from the audience.
