New Canaan Democrats live Meet & Greet, plus virtual BBQ

The New Canaan Democrats invite you to come and say hello! Meet your state legislators and candidates, Representative Dathan, Senator Haskell, and Senator Kasser this Sunday, 9/13, 3:00-5:00, outside New Canaan Town Hall. This event is free and all are welcome! Masks are required please.

If you prefer the online experience, please join, also 9/13 from 3:00-5:00, our virtual annual BBQ with local Chopped Champion Silvia Baldini and Rosie Bonura herself Zooming to you from New Canaan’s beloved Rosie on Elm, where they will demonstrate tasty BBQ recipes and chat with our legislators who will pop in live from the Town Hall meet & greet to talk about the upcoming elections, answer questions, and remind you how important you are to our democracy! You’ll have the opportunity during the event to get a specially valued copy of our e-cookbook, in collaboration with Silvia, Room at the Table; Recipes from the Heart – a collection of family recipes donated by New Canaan Democrats members, friends, community leaders, and legislators.
