Get up this Saturday morning (March 12), stay in your pajamas, and come to the New Canaan Nature Center for a stack of pancakes and fun.
The Nature Center will host its Pancakes & PJs party on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. as part of its annual Syrup Season Celebration.
Adults and children are encouraged to come in pajamas (you might want to bring a raincoat too because showers are in the forecast) and enjoy a pancake breakfast featuring lots of fresh syrup and an array of tasty toppings. Eating areas will be set up indoors and outdoors.
When the family is done with breakfast, you’ll be able to enjoy syrup-themed activities such as tree-tapping demonstrations, a true maple sap “boil down”, sweet maple syrup-inspired crafts, a warm campfire with marshmallows for all, and a taste test to find if you can tell real syrup from fake syrup.
Tickets are required for all adults and children. Tickets for members of the Nature Center are $10. Tickets are $15 for non-members. Purchase tickets here. Day-of-event walk-ins are welcome!
