There’s still time to register for an event that has become a springtime tradition in New Canaan.
Residents are invited to enjoy the eighth New Canaan Food Revolution this Saturday (May 20) from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the downtown area. All proceeds from the event will support Sunshine Kids, a nonprofit organization that supports children with cancer.
Local stores and restaurants will have booths with food samples ready for people to enjoy as they stroll through New Canaan’s downtown area. Each time a food is sampled, the person will receive a stamp in their food passport. Once the passport is filled, it can be returned and entered in a prize drawing.
Tickets can be purchased in advance by clicking here or on Saturday in front of event sponsor Berkshire Hathaway on Park Street. The event starts and ends at the Town Hall Green on Main Street.
