You may see them overhead or hear them at night but have you ever been within a few feet of a hawk or an owl?
If you’d like to see some of these amazing birds of prey up close, then the New Canaan Nature Center’s Bird Bonanza on Saturday, June 4 is your opportunity.
The Nature Center staff will have a hawk, an owl, and possibly a couple of surprise guests available from 10 a.m to 11 a.m. for a presentation on how the birds came to the Nature Center and the care they receive.
The cost of the event is $10 for Nature Center members and $15 for non-members. All adults and children must have a ticket. Click here to register.
