Get your canines ready for the 12th annual New Canaan Dog Days celebration scheduled for Sunday, May 7 at the New Canaan Nature Center.
The event will get started at 11 a.m. and continue until 4 p.m. It’s a free event but donations are encouraged and will benefit the Adopt-a-Dog program and the Nature Center. The Pat Pantry Warehouse will once again be sponsoring the celebration.
Dog owners, children, and pets will have plenty to do. There will be live demonstrations, lectures, meet-and-greets, food trucks, face painting, and a caricature artist.
Some of the vendors and businesses that are scheduled to appear include the Dog Lovers Lure Coursing, Radar Run, Kid Zone, Bone Bar, Ice Cream Pawlour, All New Sniffari, and more.
